Do What Birdies Do??

I know that you like fun poems

and I'll try to write you one

One that's really silly and lots and lots of fun

If I can make it rhyme I will

just to give you a thrill

but if you don't really like it...(I'll buy you a new grill!)

I won't even mention Jinkies,

even though I know that you want me too

Maybe talk about pullin' your pinkies

and your the back-rubs that are too few

but...

If we were little birdies
Way up in the sky so blue
We'd fly over everyone's heads
And do what what birdies do

And the best part is

whatever we decide we might

It is that we're together

After we say ''nite nite''!
